We've made a Winter Mix Pack and it's now available at the LCBO for a very limited time!

We've matched up classics, Batch:1904 and Queen Street 501 with two new, limited-edition fruit ciders:

Stadium Island Peach was named to commemorate Toronto Island's lost-but-not-forgotten Hanlan's Point baseball stadium. Our semi-sweet peach cider is made with Ontario heritage apples and sun-ripened peaches.

Parkside Cherry is making its debut. Named after High Park's incredible cherry blossoms, this small batch seasonal cider combines Ontario heritage apples with freshly pressed, tart cherries. The result is a medium-dry cider with a farm fresh cherry explosion to finish off every sip.

We made a very limited quantity of these, because we wanted to use all local fruit. Be sure to get this baby while you can!

Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls from Boulangerie St-Méthode. I will try tonight with dinner :)

8 rolls/buns for $9.29.

I picked up this Yellow Beet & Quinoa Salad at Costco - I love it! I've been taking it to work as part of my lunch.

Careful though - Costco sells a couscous salad from the same company in similar packaging which is NOT gluten-free.

How true is this?!

I'm trying out this meal prep thing everyone seems to be posting about lately.

I have a hard time eating first thing in the morning so I typically don't eat until I get to work. This means I have to pack two meals (breakfast and lunch) every day. Here we have 5 mixed green salads and 5 bowls of corn and black bean salad. In addition to these lovely colourful containers I have Greek yogurt, apples, protein smoothie, mixed nuts and cheese chunks for the salad.

Let's see if I can make it to Friday without getting sick of this! :)

Dinner... TBD.

10 years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and started my gluten-free journey.

What a crazy ride it has been!

It's amazing how much awareness has grown in these 10 years and how many more products are available in stores. It can only get better from here. Cheers :)
