Thanks for the super innovative ways to add cricket powder to your meals. Cricket powder is a nutritious and versatile food that you can easily add to any meal to up your protein and nutrients. Simple rule of thumb is to switch out 20-25% of your regular flour with cricket powder in any recipe, my suggestion is to start with less. Too much will ruin your loaves or breads as they will be too heavy with protein.
