I'm excited to announce that I'm hosting another cooking workshop on Saturday, July 13th, from 11 AM to 2 PM. If you missed the last one, now’s your chance to join in on the fun and learning.

The previous workshop was absolutely amazing—crazy, even! We explored so many dishes and methods for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was thrilled to see everyone’s enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen. The heartwarming feedback I received has truly motivated me to make this upcoming workshop even better.

In this session, we'll be focusing on new and exciting recipes, all of which are gluten and dairy-free.

There are still a few spots left.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some exciting things I've been up to lately.
❤️ I've been giving more of Ayurvedic massage combined with Reiki and my own energy. Ayurvedic massage is incredibly powerful, working wonders on the lymphatic system to remove toxins, relieving emotional stress, and boosting overall strength along with the immune system. I use warm sesame oil for this therapeutic experience. (women only).
❤️ Once a month, my friend Shira and I host a women's circle. It's a beautiful space for connection and support. We have what’s app group that you can join: https://chat.whatsapp.com/JAYaF87eFmJKxrxbYek52y
❤️ Recently, I started a group focused on yoga for the nervous system. We practice gentle yoga, slow breathing, and techniques to treat the vagus nerve, pelvic, back, and spine, all aimed at relaxation and strengthening the nervous system.
❤️ And mark your calendars for Saturday, June 14! I'll be hosting a spring/summer cooking workshop in my kitchen for 5-6 people. We'll be whipping up lots of healthy dishes. If you're interested, just let me know and I'll share the link with you or link on the first comment.
Be well.

Hebrew followed English
Yesterday I went to my dentist again
I'm quite new there, only few months.
I was welcomed by his assistant whom I have never met, and when she saw me she asked what I do for living. Then she opened a monologue about how her mind works all the time and that she can't stay calm and if there is anything I can recommend her. We talked a bit about yoga and meditation and food, but in the midst of all these things, I felt that there was both a lack of connection to the self and also a desire to be connected to a quieter place within herself.
I feel the connection to this quieter place transpires from an intentional pause in everyday life. I will explain this concept from the perspective of food and nutrition.
There are many temptations and the abundance we have now is unprecedented.
We have all kinds of foods in the supermarket, we can try everything and eat everything, but do we stop to ask the following questions:
is this food that our body is able to digest? Do we feel good after we eat? Do I eat when I'm hungry? Do I take a break between meals? Do we know what good digestion is? Do we stop eating at exactly the right time?
And you can take this approach to other areas in your life;
Do I pause before I respond? Is everything I say necessary and useful?
Do I pause and ask what am I doing? and why? And so on.
Pausing occasionally on a regular basis is an important thing.
November 1-9 I’m hosting an online gentle Ayurvedic cleanse.
Let me know if you are interested.

‏Hebrew follows English

Am I going to starve to death for 9 days?"
‏How much will my daily life change? Can I work? What will I eat?
‏These are just some of the questions that people ask me as soon as I post an Ayurvedic cleanse coming up this spring. It sounds intimidating because when we think of cleansing we think of fasting with no food. So, what do we eat in an Ayurvedic cleanse?
‏Days 1-3
‏There is no dairy, meat, processed foods, sugar, coffee and alcohol.
‏What we eat for the first 3 days are mostly fruit, vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
‏Days 4-6
‏In the morning you will have porridge or green juice.
‏Lunch: Kitchari (Dal and rice) with steamed vegetables.
‏In the evening: Kitchari (Dal and rice) with steamed vegetables.
‏Days 7-9
‏We will return to the Day 1 to 3 menu.
‏During this period we will re-introduce one additional food for each day.
‏It is important to remember, during this whole cleansing process you keep a minimal work load, in order to help your body and mind achieve the necessary balance for rejuvenation.
‏An Ayurveda cleanse offers you a spring cleaning increasing your energy levels and refreshing your mental outlook.
‏The cleanse begins on April 6 to 14
‏It is recommended to register three days in advance in order to prepare.
‏Early bird prices until March 30.
