🍪 Cookie Dough Dippers 🍪
Servers: 6-8

Cookie Dough:
¾ cup Ohh! Foods Cookie Dough (4 tbsp per flavour!)
Birthday Cake
Sunflower Butter Cup
Chocolate Chip

Vegan Vanilla Icing:
½ cup vegan butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ – 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp full fat coconut milk
1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
Cookies:
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Knead the cookie dough until soft and then divide in half. Roll the dough into a small log, place on the baking sheet and press flat. Repeat with the remaining flavours of cookie dough.

Bake for 7-9 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack to cool.

Icing:
Add the softened vegan butter to a large mixing bowl and use an electric hand mixer to cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix again.

Add sifted powdered sugar a ½ cup at a time while mixing on low. Scrape down the sides and continue to mix until light and fluffy. If the icing is too thick, add a tablespoon of coconut milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

Transfer to your serving dish, top with sprinkles and serve with your cookie dough dippers!

At 18 years old, my family & I were having a movie night and I was enjoying my favourite snack, M&M Peanuts, as every other movie night. When all of a sudden it felt hard to breathe, my throat started to close, and before I knew it I was being rushed to the hospital. My mom was doing everything she could to keep me calm, but at this point, it was getting very difficult to breathe.

After what felt like hours, we finally got to the hospital and I was immediately brought in. After being given some meditation and running tests, the doctors discovered that I had developed a peanut and tree nut allergy. 🥜

To be honest with you, I was in denial for a long time about my allergy diagnosis. I always thought to myself “am I never going to be able to have my favourite snacks ever again?”

Fast forward to today, you can find Ohh! Foods in amazing retailers across Canada, such as: , , , and more! 🙌🏽✨
