Wednesday mornings, 10 am at the Sacred Nestinf Green space in Prestwick SE.

All exercises have modifications to fit your level of experience. All levels welcome.

120.00 the full 6 weeks,
25.00 per class on a drop in basis.

Look forward to the fresh air, new faces, and kids are welcome to hang out during your workout as it's a big green space with a hill and park tables etc ๐Ÿ˜€

Hello all!

I've been waiting for the right time to start accepting new clients again, and I am finally starting to feel ready! Due to the gym being in my own home, I had a lot to think about and some decisions to make.

Going forward, if you train with me, I will require total honesty when it comes to your health and if you're experiencing amy covid-like symptoms or have been around anyone who has them. If you are experiencing any, I kindly ask you let me know and we will reschedule or post pone your session. Of course, the same is expected from me and I will always let you know if you should not be coming over.

The gym (newly renovated!) Is disinfected between clients and there is hand sanitizer to use when you enter, and at any time you wish you reapply.

Along with our newly renovated gym comes a newly renovated multi purpose room attached to the gym that is kid friendly with toys, a tv, and access to whoever is training!

I offer 1 on 1 or small group (2-3) training.

I would love to help you feel good during such uncertain times so let me know if you're interested!!

Hello all!

With everything going on I wanted to offer an option to connect and stay active while we are holed up at home!

I'm considering doing online video classes - you would pay $10.00 via e-trasnfer which would then get you a place in the online session!

We would schedule a time for a group to join, I'd run the class, you would follow along at home, and we can move our bodies without any risk! Would be body weight so no equipment needed except maybe a chair!

Who would be interested? Let me know! I think this could be fun!

Need some cardio but "hate cardio"?

Yeah, I get it. But I LOVE kickboxing. You dont even realize you're doing cardio until you're finished and you dont even care because you felt like a badass the entire time doing it!

I will get you hitting and kicking on your very first session. It can be tailored for your fitness level so EVERYONE is welcome!

Kid friendly workout space if you're a momma or dad who needs a place for your kiddo during your workout!

NO Resolutions here that will be ditched in a week. Let's make whatever goals we have a priority and enjoy working to achieve them!

Training with the option of having a place to let your kiddos play with be available end of January!!

Need some time for yourself but dont want to find child care? Perfect. Bring them here to hang out in their own space right next to the gym! TV, Netflix and Disney +, toys and within view from your awesome workout!

Best of all is there is no charge. Come workout and get your me time in and show your kids how important it is to make yourself a priority!

After what seems like the longest hiatus ever (jobs and a baby๐Ÿคฑ had things a little different for a while!) I am finally back at it!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

I have officially opened my books and am taking clients on again. I have lots of space open for the new year. ๐ŸŒŸ

It is a KID FRIENDLY environment perfect for mommas looking to get some exercise in but not wanting to stress about child care!

Home made peanut butter cups - perfect way to end the night!
