YUKONSKI - Shop Closed until Dec. 12th.
For those who might not know, I was recently invited by the Canadian Olympic Committee to compete for a spot to represent Canada in the 2024 Youth Olympic Games. This week starts 5 days at Nakiska Ski Cross National Training Center and then 2 full days of racing at Canadian Ski Cross NorAm Cup, which are trials for the Jr. Olympics. I'll be going head-to-head with the best in Canada and the United States. I've got an awesome support crew, cheer me on!!

YUKONSKI - On April 13th, the ski shop will close for the season. I thank all of my customers for supporting me and my ski business. I hope to see all you guys next season. If you need something done to your equipment, just send me a text and we'll set something up. I'll keep you posted on what's happening in my ski world. YUKONSKI - Congratulations! to Sixteen year old Mack Jenner of Whitehorse, YK. The Alpine Ski Team member and owner & founder of YUKONSKI capped his season with a Top 10 at 2023 Canada Winter Games Ski Cross Finals at the Mark Arendz Provincial Ski Park in Brookvale PEI. Mack's 7th place finish puts an exclamation mark on the beginning of a developing Canadian Ski Cross career.
Mack is looking at potential opportunities to join the top ranks of Ski Cross racers in Canada. A BIG THANK YOU!! to all of our customers for supporting Mack through YUKONSKI.

Jasey was at YUKONSKI last year. Jasey helped Mack wax skis and gave some classified tips on board waxing. We also custom fit Jaysey's National Snowboard Champion apprentice from China.

Reunited at last - we left Yukon last week with 30+ pair of race skis. These rossignols were reunited with the team this morning at Brookvale ski hill P.EI. These Super G skis we're the last of 4 sets of skis that went missing in action while in New Brunswick. A big thank you to Team BC for locating them for our teammate Tori Vollmer!! and her sponsor Icycle Sports!!

This is the Canadian Ski Cross Track at Brookvale P.E.I. Alpine Team Yukon will run qualifying rounds today and finals tomorrow. The 2023 Canada Winter Games Alpine have done an outstanding job ranking in top 20 and 30 in the country. Alpine has a few athletes that should standout in the ski cross. Watch out for Mack Jenner, he's one of the strongest track skiers in Western Canada. Go Team Yukon!!

YUKONSKI - TDK is a great resource for all level of skiers. We love TDK Ski Racing! Tom explains carving... Flexing down through transition and extending through out the turn. as tom says, it is reverse movement pattern. pushing yourself through the turn opposed to falling or dropping into the turn.
