The survey highlights an optimistic outlook:
44% of respondents are feeling hopeful, with only 17% anticipating a more challenging year. Additionally, health improvements are anticipated by 46%, with 41% expecting an enhanced quality of life.

However, some concerns are voiced:
20% foresee increased financial pressures, while 19% are concerned about general stress levels.

Regional variations are evident, with more skepticism in Atlantic Canada, while Saskatchewan (52%) and Quebec (nearly 50%) expect a more favorable year.

Younger Canadians (18-34) express more apprehension, with 25% expecting added stress due to financial worries.

It is no surprise that the province of Quebec has a few cities on the lowest shelter costs for both Renters and Owners. However, Oakville being the most expensive nationally to rent and own? I did not see that one coming...
