I hope you have a wonderful start to the weekend!
The picture below was from a follow up appointment, so nothing too dramatic going on. We just shortened and shaped the nails, filed down calluses and dry skin. I also had enough time to give a nice foot massage. My clients probably have noticed that I generously apply the foam and cream and concentrate on massaging the product into the skin. Even though I do not offer cosmetic pedicures like the spa does, I still try to provide a moment for my client to relax and enjoy the appointment. 👣

It is time !!!
I am excited to share that I have been trying out this cream for cracked heels! Some of you might not know this but I give products a try before I use them on my clients or give away any samples that I have received. I've tried this product for over a week together with the foam and I like it!🤩 Winter time is creeping up and so are dry/cracked heels! This is a nice addition to your foot care maintenance. Whether you book your very first appointment with me or your follow up, you will receive this nice sample to try out (only if you want to but who doesn't like free samples?😅). This sample will last you quite a while since only a very small amount is needed.
In order to see results you have to be willing to put in the work and that sometimes means to apply lotion/cream/foam daily or every other day. I know this can be tiresome but it takes 10 seconds and the results are beautiful healthy feet! 👣🦶

Progress Progress Progress !!! 👣

I am so happy about the progress my client is making. Trying to stick to a routine isn't always fun and sometimes we simply forget or don't want to do it! This took about 2 months of lotion application (every other day). However, the results are worth it. The difference from the left and middle picture 🙌

Some of you might know that my clients receive a sample of the PodoExpert foam for dry to cracked skin (I found it to be good for ~ 10 uses). The feedback has been nothing but good so far! I use this foam towards the end when giving a mini foot massage and I truly love this stuff! I tried out other foot creams but found this one to be the best so far.
This foam can be used on your entire legs or hands. I even tried it out on my face 🤷 (no regrets)!

I often see that people wear the wrong shoes. I am guilty of that as well 🙋‍♀️ I thought the new shoes looked cute or "fit" okay but they ended up giving me some sort of foot problem. 🥴
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀:
1️⃣It is a good idea to buy them late in the day, when your feet are tired and may be slightly swollen. It's best to buy shoes that fit your feet under this condition as you are then unlikely to purchase shoes that are too small.
2️⃣Have your feet measured every time you purchase shoes, and do it while you're standing.
3️⃣When you try on shoes, try them on both feet; many people have one foot larger than the other, and it's best to fit the larger one.
