Wellness Wednesday!
This is a great time of year to take advantage of the nice weather and increase your physical activity.
Increasing your activity level can lead to a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, several cancers, anxiety and weight gain.

You can participate in a range of physical activities (sports, exercise classes, weightlifting, etc), or just make simple daily adjustments to "Move More" (take the stairs instead of the elevator, walking instead of driving).

Members of our Mill Creek team will be stepping up to measure how many steps they take at work during the month of June. Our five Units will compete against each other and Management to see who can log the most steps for the month. Stay tuned for updates!
