Happy New Year Everyone! I hope that 2022 is blessing you with much joy, clarity, good health and personal expression. Here's to an amazing year ahead!
I was thinking today, about the gift of our hands. Let's take a few moments to think about all the ways our hands assist us on our journey. How they give and receive. Like our feet, we use them everyday and more than any other part of our body.
In Reiki, we channel healing, light energy from our hands to support health and wellbeing in ourselves and others. Yet, another gift our hands give us!
Let's be mindful of our hands today and celebrate them. Let's thank them for creating, bathing, feeding, cooking, caring for others, planting, builiding, decorating, painting...the list is abundant! What do your hands do for you?

I am happy to announce, that registration is now open!
I will be offerring a Level 1 Reiki Training & Certification from January 8 - February 12, 2022. This will be a 6 -week online program on Saturday afternoons from 1:30-3:30pm, with an in-person appointment for the Level 1 Reiki attunement.
It is an honour to be offering this training & I so look forward to sharing this gift of healing with you! I believe that with what we are experiencing globally, having healthy, supportive ways to de-stress, support our immune systems, revitalize our energy & spread positive energy & light into our communitues, has never been more important!

Hello Beautiful Souls, I am still offering Reiki trainings-small groups-here in Vancouver BC.
