Nice to be able to bake again with my new(used) stove. I finally have a working oven. Baking is my relaxing time. I made oatmeal raisin cookies yesterday. Than today plain oatmeal cookies and oatmeal cranberry cookies. I baked the cookies on our stoneware large bar pan. It is nice to have golden looking cookies with no burnt bottoms
