We’re looking at the “money lens and how the first three chakras can affect your relationship with money with the holidays upon us.

The solar plexus, the third chakra, is our Power center. Stagnant energy in your Solar Plexus can hurt your financial situation.

Feeling a lack of power in your life may cause you to question your ability to manage your money and build wealth.

You become stuck and unmotivated, and sadness creeps in because you don't want to do it. You fall into emotional avoidance and question your self-worth.

How do you know if your Sacral is out of Alignment/ imbalanced, especially with the holidays upon us?

This is no time for Grinch Jokes. This is a time to be truthful that we need to slow things down and believe that “Presence is a gift enough.”

In Reiki level 2 Training we learn how to make reiki sandwiches and create a Reiki Box with a home practice of sending energy all at once, it’s very cool.

This is an effective way to quickly and easily send Reiki to multiple people or situations at the one time but it shows no effect without the gift of Reiki and the intention you learn is strong.

It’s a Reiki Level 2 practice and since the training I have practitioners that practice this daily as I do and it’s powerful!

Reiki is so much Fun and it’s meant to be and a very gentle personal development tool and it’s one of the best tools to build a holistic relationship with self.

I’m going back to accepting In-person Reiki sessions next week 1:1 but it’s still looking like the Reiki level 1&2 Training the end of the month will be virtual. We have 4 registered and space for two more.

It’s going to be so awesome!! 👏👏👏

and we have people from Labrador to CornerBrook in this training and this is the exciting part about virtual training we can be from anywhere.

I’ve trained virtually through Zoom as far as Nebraska and the training and attunements will meet you wherever you are worldwide and we get the opportunity to meet new friends.

Building an Holistic Relationship with myself and designing the life that I desire, plus with my 2021 word of connection is rocking my world!!

In September of 2020 I made a choice and I was spending to many days living in fear and falling into unkind thoughts and disappointments within myself and feeling very invisible, small and ready to give up on all my hard work.

It’s such a horrible feeling of being invisible in a very visible world and on this vibe I began living in Fear, Doubt and a little darkness plus grieving my fathers death.

September I came home from my fathers service and I sat and observed my thoughts within for 48hours and it literally left me crying but I owned all the self-development tools but have I let life and obstacles overpower my beliefs.

I stepped back and worked on myself each and everyday and it was a 12week process to get me living, loving and supporting myself.

Building a loving relationship with myself is bringing Hallmark into my life, ☺️ the perfect relationships, health of a 20pound loss, abundance of much manifestation and Connection.

It lights me up helping others build a holistic relationship with themselves and I so badly wanted it and I was looking and doing it wrong for myself.

Since tapping energetically into this beautiful energy within my life is feeling so much connection and joy and as long as I have my own back and I show up for me I will have much love and support to help you.

I am so grateful for the past few days!! invited me into her membership group to lead a 2021 chakra alignment meditation and it was fabulous, I pushed through my fear.

Our friends came to town and we went out on the town for a night of singing and laughing, (playing it extremely safe) another night we went out to dinner and as you can see we did winter walks, ate, did yoga and puzzles. plus so much goodness from clients, family, friends, and our boy in 2021.

It all began with a choice that I made in September, hiring a holistic coach because we can’t do it alone and my new word of human connection and
Breaking out the tools.

This holistic relationship with yourself is available to you.

This makes me so grateful to live in Newfoundland on an island. 🙏

At Chakra7 we take Covid very serious and the numbers are super low in our province but always a mask to be worn especially when we are not 6ft apart and all guidelines are in consideration.

The Reiki training can be done in-person (via zoom) at 70 Portugal Cove Road unless our #’s become high before the 23rd and the great news is that we still have an in-person spot available.

Due to other dreams and growth this could be the last training until the end of March or April.
