You can’t build a house without a foundation 💯👇🏽

I remember when I first started training and I reached out to my first fitness coach

I wanted the quickest fix, and I wanted it NOW 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m sure you can relate to this. We live in a world searching for instant gratification.

I thought I could sign up for a 12 week program, get results, and then be good for the rest of my life.

LOL that was a big lesson to learn starting out. 😂

I wasn’t learning anything at all. I was just DOING.

I didn’t learn anything about proper habits, I didn’t learn anything about nutrition or training, I didn’t learn anything at all.

It was a meal plan and macros, and I was just expected to follow it. 😳

I did this for years, with different coaches and different programs.

What I didn’t realize is that after I finished a program, I would fall back into the same old habits that I had. Because I wasn’t taught how to change my bad habits.

It took me years to learn this. My results went up and down, yo yo dieting, losing weight, gaining weight over and over.

The problem was I didn’t have a foundation for my healthy habits. 💯

I designed my coaching program based around all the mistakes I found in my previous coaching experiences.

We focus on building a foundation first, and then building from there.

If you have bad eating habits, the last thing you need to do is to look at food as a number (tracking macros) and not worry about the quality of food you’re eating.

Once you have better eating habits, THEN you move onto tracking your food for the most accurate results. 💯

We focus on daily habits:
✅ eating protein with each meal
✅ eating 2 servings of veggies & fruit
✅ drinking 3-4L of water
✅ hitting a step goal & being more active
✅ completing a workout

That’s it! That’s your foundation of healthy habits. Until you can master this, you should not be focusing on anything else.

That feeling when you fall in love with functional training 😄 I’ve never enjoyed training so much!

I used to get bored of the continuous workouts and boring cardio

Always chasing a certain “look”, thinking that that was the only way of training.

Now that I focus on performing better, being able to move my body better, and FEELING better, I look forward to working out so much!

Each day I’m challenged in a good way, that’s how you continuously progress 💪🏽

This is the time of year when many people put their health & fitness goals on the back burner.

It's colder, darker, and there seem to be holiday dinners and gatherings nearly every weekend - all of which make it hard to get and stay motivated to eat well and exercise.

That is until January comes, and the "New Year, New Me" bug starts filling gyms.

And while there's nothing wrong with waiting to get started, those who choose to do it miss out on an amazing opportunity to get ahead of the game.

Thing is, fat loss is hard regardless of when you get started.

There will always be parties, dinners, travel plans, and social
situations that make it difficult to stay on track.

But those things don't make it impossible to get results especially if you have guidance and 1:1 help to navigate
through them.

The goal of our coaching program is to help you lose bodyfat, but more importantly, develop strategies and tactics for staying on track no matter what situation you find
yourself in By joining us now, you'll have support from your coach and our coaching community to help you navigate the holidays, so you go into 2022 way ahead of the game.
