Everything isn’t always good vibes and positivity, but if we try to be more optimistic then pessimistic life seems a little bit brighter.
Find peace in the little things today, stay in that moment, take a deep breath and appreciate being present, before shifting back to your busy day.

The beauty of change is everywhere, sometimes we have to stop what we’re doing to really see it. I hope you stop and notice something beautiful today.
I am so grateful for all the love, family and friends that surround me. I’m so grateful that they hold me accountable to my own beliefs and goals they help and support my growth.! They don’t let me stay stagnant in life.
With summer soon coming to and end, the children heading back to school and having now settled into our new home I will be back soon with more content and bringing some meditation and yoga offerings with me! I hope everyone was able to have some downtime and enjoy the summer. See you in September!

Gratitude sometimes catches you off guard. Having to wake up an hour earlier on a Sunday isnt that fun, but look at what I would’ve missed if I hadn’t. View from yoga class
Add some movement to your daily routine. Try some yoga or light stretching or go for a walk. It will boost your mood.
Trust yourself, invest in yourself!you are so worth it
Good things take time, they don’t happen over night.
Have faith and trust in yourself. You’re stronger then you think🤍
To know your power is to your not only your strength but also your weakness
The rain is the calm.
The best way to find your way is to listen to yourself when you are silent.
Even in the darkest of days, know that the sun will shine again. ✨
