The ton are abuzz with this latest gossip, and so it is my honour to give you further information on the four seasons. I do hope you have stocked on your Niima care pads and underwear for this delightful occasion. 😊

The first season is kicked off by the menstrual phase, menstruation is also known as me**es, menstrual period, cycle or period. Me**es has sometimes been sighted with headaches, backpain, bloating and mood swings.🤒

The second season is the follicular phase, which has been known to overlap with the menstrual phase. This phase is all about getting the eggs ready for the star season. This phase has been sighted with energy boost, improved mood, heightened sense of smell and increased libido. 😎

The third season is the ovulation phase which is the star season if you are trying to get pregnant. During ovulation, the matured egg is released from the o***y. This phase has been sighted with tender breast, energy boost, rise in basal body temperature and thick egg white consistency vaginal discharge.🤰

The fourth season is the luteal phase also known as the pre-menstrual phase. In this season, the body gets ready for egg fertilization /implantation, if that does not happen then it gets the body ready for the next menstrual cycle. This phase has been sighted with acne flare-up, mood swings, abdominal bloating, tender breast and headaches. 😑
