We've also tried this week the Tropical Pineapple Chicken. Made it with fresh mangos instead of a can of pineapples. I have also heard of this consultants making it with peaches. Yum. Served it in a wrap because wraps is how we roll in the house. And we loved the coconut flavours in there, made me want to go down south for a week.
