This is one of the things I feel very passionate about - expressing with confidence; living with confidence; being empowered by your confidence.

This is an area that forms part of my "Building Brothers & Kings" personal development programme.

My recent exercise was with the Be The Change Organisation here in Canada, where, over the course of 4 weeks, I worked with around 7 young Black boys providing training and guidance in areas such as:

1. Building Leadership Skills
2. Communication & Articulation
3. Using Influence for Positivity
4. Importance of Education

All training was delivered virtually, with each session lasting 1 hour.

Breaking Down Barriers

Friday's business tip...

One of the most beautiful things about entrepreneurship is that it's open to anyone. Unlike traditional careers, you don't need a specific degree or a certain level of experience to start your own business. All you need is an idea, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.

In other words, the beauty of the business is that you don't need to think about eligibility. You don't need to worry about whether you're qualified or experienced enough to pursue your dreams. As long as you're willing to put in the work and stay committed to your vision, anything is possible.

Of course, this doesn't mean that entrepreneurship is easy. It's a challenging and often unpredictable journey, filled with ups and downs. But the beauty of it is that you're in control. You have the power to shape your own destiny and create a business that reflects your values, passions, and goals.

So, if you've been hesitant to pursue your entrepreneurial dreams because you don't feel "eligible," I encourage you to rethink your mindset. Remember that entrepreneurship is open to anyone who is willing to put in the work, and that the beauty of the business lies in its ability to break down barriers and create opportunities for success.
