It seems everytime we write a post, it starts with something like, “It’s been a while since we posted…” and this one is no exception!!

It’s been a while since we posted and as always, there’s been A LOT going on. 🤯🏃‍♀️🏃🏻

We’ll update you all on our goings on soon but I was just sitting here reading through some inspirational/motivational/excitational/celebrational quotes (I recently heard the Muppet Show theme and it’s playing on repeat in my head) and I saw one that I felt like I need to pass on.

Hello everyone, it’s Colin here!! 👋

TL;DR, the Universe is always sending you what matches your thoughts. Always.

First I’d like to start by saying we hope you have all had a wonderful holiday season and are sending each and every one of you positive thoughts and love for the coming new year!!

It’s been a long time since we made a post! There has been a ton happening behind the scenes, not the least of which is, we’ve just completed an international move!! 🛫🛬

Boxing Day might have been the first day in a long, long time that we were able to sit and relax and man was it nice!👍

Today I got to thinking about that move we just made and it started to finally sink in how fun and amazing life can be though we sometimes don’t recognize that, especially when you’re in the middle of a major project.

When we decided to make the move, we went into Planning Mode pretty much instantly (which was a little over a year ago now).

We planned and planned and figured out and organized and scheduled and on and on.

Any idea what came of it?? 🤔

In short, every plan we made, every timeline we tried to stick to, every thing we thought we had figured out blew up on us. 🧨💥

At the time it was really discouraging. I had a particularly hard time with each set back and would’ve melted down many more times than I did 🤯 if it wasn’t for Alicia reminding me we were being taken care of.

For all the set backs, we never lost site of the ultimate goal.

Now looking back, it’s amazing just how perfectly it went. The only shift that I needed to make was controlling the “how”.

In the Law of Attraction (henceforth referred to as LoA), the 3 key ingredients are; Ask, Believe, Receive.

I asked. I tried to control. Then I expected to get.

I was trying way too hard to figure out the “how” and every set back was really hard to take. Now I see, every setback was a reset, not a setback. It was a recalculation of the course we had plotted to get us back on track. ↪️✅

In the end, everything that occurred was ultimately for our benefit. 🙌

When you “Ask,” you have to let go of the how and let the Universe take over. Some things are just too big and complex to work out on our own but if we trust the process and let energy take the wheel, the next step will reveal itself to us when it’s time.

Some people say, “how does it all work?” which is an excellent question.

The answer is, Energy. ✨⚡️💫

Everything in our world is energy, frequency, and vibration.

The energy that is all around and within us, literally what everything is made of, follows our thoughts and intentions. The quality of the energy is determined by the quality of our thoughts. If our thoughts are happy, positive, and enthusiastic, they create an energy that will manifest events and opportunities with those same characteristics or vibration. Those events give us more reason to be optimistic, joyful, and inspired which creates a fun, fulfilling upward spiral.

On the other hand, if our thoughts are negative, depressing, self-limiting, and so on, they manifest miserable events and we soon get caught up in a vicious, downward spiral.

The simple fact is, our thoughts should reflect the circumstances and life we desire for ourselves.

Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking for more of what we want and started asking for less of what we don’t want.

We ask to get out of debt instead of live in abundance.

We ask for less pain instead of live with energy and vitality.

Whatever you focus on is what you’re going to get so ASK for what you want.

Once you ask, the next step in LoA is believing that you’re worthy of getting it and letting go of how it’s going to happen.

That was my hang up. I asked and believed I was deserving, but I didn’t give up the reins.

This is where a lot of folks get hung up. They ask and believe, but when it doesn’t work out, they say, “it didn’t work for me.” Usually that’s because they’re trying too hard to make it happen the way they think it SHOULD happen. As soon as something derails the plan, they quit not realizing they’re being directed toward the right path and away from the wrong one. You have to be willing to see that things will work out the way they should, not always the way we planned them to.

Finally, you have to be willing to receive what you’ve asked for.

Receive the redirection with patience🧘‍♀️

Receive the insight with gratitude🙏

Receive the set backs and know they are ultimately working for you, not against you 💪When your goal or thing does finally arrive, greet it like a long-lost friend with love and appreciation🫶. With joy and reverence💖.

The quality of the energy is determined by the quality of our thoughts.

That was a lot longer than I planned (there I go again) but it needed to come out!!

On June 28th we completed teaching our Level 2 International Bio-Energy Practitioner Course 💞

It was such a beautiful journey guiding, helping, and watching three beautiful souls transition through a space of learning, healing and growing as they welcomed and received the beautiful modality of Bio-Energy into their lives.

Becoming a practitioner is so much deeper than learning theory and technique. It’s about allowing the lessons to take hold enabling us to embody a new way of being. It’s a journey of healing for our students, acknowledging their own triggers, and working through their own wounds to be in a space where they can help others heal. For the past four months our students have been working through their case studies and creating amazing results for their clients!! 💞

First, for the past many months, we’ve been completing our Teacher Training certification 📚👩🏼‍🎓👨🏻‍🎓. We are SUPER excited to let you all know we will be conducting our first Level 1 Bio-Inspired training course from March 7-10, 2022!! 👍💥🙌

Level 1 allows you to remove physical pain to promote the body’s natural healing abilities. Once you’ve completed Level 1, you’ll have the ability to treat your friends, family, children, and pets. We even train you to do self-healing!!🧬🧠🫀💪🥳

Level 1 is a pre-requisite to move on to our Level 2 Practitioner course. Once certified in Level 2, you will have the ability to treat the general public. You will also be able to charge for your services enabling you to recover the cost of your training!!

We spent two weeks at the Blue Spirit Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica in 2019 taking our Bio-Energy practitioner training course. Here are just a few pics of the life-changing journey we went on. 💜🙏

Just breathe.

Whatever is going on for you, whatever you’re feeling, whatever is happening in your life, whatever is testing you, pushing you, challenging you, triggering you, just breathe.

There isn’t anything in life that you can’t deal with as long as you breathe.

Did you know the way you breathe influences how your body responds? Taking short, shallow, breaths in the chest (like when you’ve been running) activates your Somatic Nervous System (SNS). SNS is responsible, in short, for fight, flight, or fright. Breathing this way literally tells your body you’re in danger, you need a sudden burst of energy to save yourself, and your stress (cortisol) will skyrocket! 🚀

Breathing from the belly/diaphragm will activate your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). The ANS controls unconscious body functions like heart rate, how well you digest a meal, and healing a cut. The ANS has two parts, the sympathetic nervous system, responsible for stress response, and the parasympathetic nervous system, which controls your calm response. When you belly breathe, you’re sending your body the message that you are safe. Think about it, if you were in danger, you’d never breathe this way.

Also, did you know that you can control the SNS with thought? It’s true! However, the only way you can control the ANS is through belly breathing.

Take 10 slow, deep breaths in through your nose. Feel your stomach expand (not your chest) when you do. Breathe out through your nose (or your mouth if you prefer). Feel your stomach deflate towards your spine as the breath flows out again.

Do that 10 times when you wake up, 10 times in the middle of the day, 10 times before bed, and any other time when you feel anything difficult and I guarantee your world will change and expand in ways you can only imagine.

Just breathe.
