Finished up another installation this week and it's looking sharp.💯

Monday grind💯

We slammed this job out! We welded new sheets to the floor of this dump truck and it's pup as well. We also fabricated brackets for wooden side boards to maximize the payload capacity.
Over 200ft of welding went into this job and with only a three day turnaround!
It's always a blast when we get to take on a job like this.

Custom signage is always rewarding work!
We completed this job a few months back and the result was awesome!
Power supply was an issue so the customer got us to rig up a full solar powered system which made for a great learning experience.
We love a good challenge! 😄👍

This horse trailer got an upgrade!

We helped this customer out by designing and fabricating a large aluminum roof rack so that he can transport hay to his racing events!

We even incorporated some hooks off the one side so that his fence panels could be stored away in a practical location.

He is now the envy at all the events he shows up at!

Happy to say that we have finished this hose caddy project. It was a ton of fun designing and overcoming all the challenges.

The hose caddy project is starting to take shape! This has certainly been a unique challenge.

We used some old hay wagon axles in order to keep the costs down for the customer. We then had to widen the axles in order to fit the spool inside of it.

Today we got the spool all fabbed up and in place! Next step is to figure out the drive system.

Then its on to paint and the final assembly! Excited to get it in action!

That won't break!

Our customer came to us with the complaint that his gate openers would fall off of his gates and become loose causing the gate to malfunction and do the funky chicken instead of opening like they should.

We welded on a nice beefy piece to fasten the opener to properly. This is how it should have been done from the beginning!

With the paint on, it is almost impossible to tell that it wasn't built this way from the manufacturer.

This gate should be good to go for many years now!

I had alot of fun doing this job. We had to straighten a bent shaft and fabricate a new spring mount for the mower suspension system.

We managed to save the customer half of the cost of a replacement part from the dealership. That feels good!

I love it when we can help our customers save money. Everybody wins!

What a unique challenge this was!

We were asked to design and fabricate a set of hydraulic outriggers and I must say they turned out pretty nice!

It was a little tough to come up with a way to get the fluid power inside the slider tube but we ended up with a slick and discreet design.

The top cylinder port we welded right to the end of the cylinder and the lower one we attached a hose to also get it up to the top of the slider.

All in all we were happy with the end result and more importantly, so was the customer.
