Supplier shoutout! The chicken for our Bangin' Butter Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple comes from Alana’s Acres, and we couldn't be more grateful to have such an awesome place so close to us.
Alana's Acres is a small, family run farm raising natural, free range, non-gmo fed chickens. Their values of natural food production and a healthy lifestyle resonate with us, and we are happy to work with them.
P.S. Their sausages aren't used in any of our meals, but we highly recommend them!
Did you know you can rent backpacking gear from Take Off Adventure Rentals? A couple of the owners put the gear to the test on the Juan de Fuca and brought some of our meals along with them. Best of all, you can get our meals at their shop as well, making it the perfect one stop shop if you need to rent some high quality backpacking gear and fuel your trip!
Waiting for the water to boil is a lot easier with a beautiful view!
Our meals don't always have to be for in the backcountry. When I took a last minute mountain biking trip to Hornby, I didn't have time to prep food, so our delicious Chillin' Chickpea Curry made the perfect lunch!
We're excited to have our meals sold at four great locations around Vancouver Island!
In Victoria you can find them at Robinsons, in Nanoose Bay at the Springford Farm Store, In Coombs at Take Off Adventure Rentals, and in Qualicum at Edge Outdoors.
We're grateful to be partnering with these businesses that play such a big role in the communities they serve.
What do we do when we are taking a break from the kitchen? Head for the hills of course!
Thanks to Take Off Adventure Rentals for the awesome toques we're both wearing!
The wind's died down and the sun is out! This summer visit us at the Craig Street Market in Parksville every Tuesday from 6-9pm until August 20th.
One of the best parts of backpacking is reaching your destination and being able to relax with some good food in nature!
A selection of our meals are now available at the Springford Farm Store! Check them out to purchase our meals and discover a variety of awesome local products.

Some pictures with our meals from a trip to Smith Rock in Oregon over Easter long weekend. Did anyone else take advantage of the long weekend to adventure? We got lucky with the weather!
To those of you who don't know us, we're Virginia and Orrin, a mother and son duo and the founders of Fuel Your Feat! We started Fuel Your Feat after struggling to find healthy, ethical, and organic meals free from common food allergens that also tasted delicious.
Our core values include sustainability, integrity, respect, and quality. You can read more about us and our values on our website!
Can anyone tell where these were taken? Over the Easter long weekend our meals fueled some climbing at one of North America's best locations!
