I finished a job on Otty lake Perth Ontario. It hasn’t been painted in 40 years. Lots of scraping and sanding and taking out the old dry caulking and put new caulking. On November 28 #, I received my Canadian Citizenship. I am proud to say my homeland is Iraq, my country is Canada. My wife Linda, our two young sons and I fled from the war in Iraq to Lebanon.
Finally, in September 2016 we arrived in Toronto where we received our Permanent Resident cards. For the next year, members of CARR helped us settle into life in Canada. We can't thank them, and the people who continue to support us, enough for their help.
