Out like a light after a full day of dancing at the 😅

We're dancing up a storm this weekend at the Healthy Brain and Body Show at Arbutus Meadows in Oceanside. Come check out our silent disco tent and join us for a wiggle all day today and tomorrow.

Last seen at our Dance with Love event at Hotel Zed in Tofino on May 21. We hope someone took her in not knowing where she belongs... we would like to have her back and be reunited with watermelon who misses her so much 😥🍉🍍❤️

We're back on the west coast and dancing with love on Sat, May 21 at Hotel Zed in Tofino! Let's Dance and Be Friends, arrive by 3pm and we dance from 3:30-5pm. We will do 1.5hrs of Kerry and Kats newly created Dance With Love Mix and there will be many different areas in and around the hotel to dance and explore.
We're stoked to be back and to offer a unique experience at the funky Hotel Zed. Hope to dance with y'all on Saturday to celebrate Spring!

Happy International Dance Day everyone! When is the last time you got up and rocked out? Today is always a good day to move! ❤ Why is Kerry only wearing one shoe? That was when he tore a ligament 7 days before heading out on our dance tour and he was remarkably able to dance with a tensor bandage plus a shoe!

We're not only dancing for our own physical and mental health but also for the health of our planet, traveling in an electric hybrid vehicle, eating mostly plant based and we are dedicated to clean up the beaches and parks we are dancing on to leave them happier and healthier than how they were before our dance.

Thank you thank you Kelowna!!! It was an honor to dance with such amazing souls on unceded land of the Syilx/Okanagan people.
The weather is forecasted to be even warmer tomorrow so we are going to dance one more time @ Hot Sands Beach before we head east dancing across Canada and back. South of the Bathrooms on the beach. Bring lots of water/tea and even a warm layer for when the sun goes behind the hills.

A woman participating at our Courtenay event last Friday shared with us a beautiful mantra we all sang in circle at the end of our dance together.
Here it is:

Saturday morning dance at the Tofino Village Green. Not only had we sunshine on our faces but also in our hearts dancing with old and new friends 💃💕🕺
