One of my first painting expressing the feeling of depression witch is like a rock on your shoulder;crushing you down draining you of your energy.this painting is an expression of thath feeling I had when I was young.At that time it seemed to me any effort made was never good enough.Loneliness is the worts feeling I can feel.Depression can always come back.when in that state of mind it's even difficult get out of bed.the best medicine for me is taking long walks in the woods or beatches also going to new places.like an adventure.
