2020 has been a very challenging year for us as black men much less black fathers. The year has demanded from us physically, mentally and emotionally by dealing with the effects of racism, the pandemic, police brutality, education, unemployment and its effects on the black family.2020 has been a very challenging year for us as black men, much less black fathers. The year has demanded a lot from us physically, mentally and emotionally by dealing with the effects of racism, the pandemic, police brutality, education, unemployment and its effects on the black family.

As I observed the current state of our world, one thing was glaringly clear; LEADERSHIP is required. If there was EVER a time for us as Black Fathers to come together and LEAD the time is NOW. Be Leaders in our homes, communities and within the government. Be Leaders in the way we treat our women, our kids, and ourselves. When we as black men lead, we can become greater than the obstacles we face every day.

Join me, a BLACK FATHER, who has accepted the challenge to lead, empower, protect and love our children, our communities, our families back to a place of forgiveness, growth, empowerment and LOVE

I would love to hear from Black Fathers (Single, Married or Divorced) and let's discuss leadership, love, parenting, and how we can become better leaders.
