We will push into the New Year together. Every start up is defined by the moment they are able to issue out bonuses and promotions to their specialists and best people in advance of preparation for long term major expansion and hiring. When this finally happens, the community will know we've arrived.

For those who didn't know, when our founder moved to Winnipeg from Toronto to start his business venture in REI under the guidance of the organization, , who is 23 years old, was one of the first people to reach out to Jonathan, invite him out for a coffee at a local Starbucks to hear his story. Dakotah sensing potential formally invited him to the community, the one and only REI network of high performers in the industry, that he created. We are proud to have been included in this community and very impressed with what Dakotah has done. His core philosophies are in line with what our company stands for in this business; to make the very impossible possible; to let the pikers, naysayers and haters know that it can be done; to live the life that every young person wishes he could live: raising capital and doing deals.
