Here is a hallway fire damper that is missing a fusible link. Fusible links are used incase of a fire, the heat melts the link which in turn closes the damper door to prevent fire from entering that floor.

This link could have been knocked out from the last cleaning which no one reported.

This was a job done for Canadian Tire. They didn't need a full duct cleaning but instead wanted to freshen up their look and help reduce some of the dust falling from these fans.

They were very pleased with the outcome.

This homeowner's kitchen exhaust actually broke from over heating.

This is probably one of the biggest bird's nest I've ever seen in my 15 years in this industry.

We couldn't see what type of bird it was but definitely a big one. This vent was 6" (inch) in circumference.

Mmmmm..heading to a job and had some curbside pickup

This is our stamp of approval. This is to show you dryer exhaust was professionally cleaned by RBS.

RBS is here for the long haul. We converted a sick buiding with a bad lung back to a healthy breathing building.

Everyone was complaining about the air flow in their units and hallway in this small downtown building. Right away we knew how to take care of this problem. We knew this buiding was suffering from (SBS) Sick Buidling Syndrome.

The pictures attached showed how plugged the systems were and how we declogged some of the toughest grime.

We evicted these little guys today. They were being a nuisance to the homeowner at night when they were trying to sleep.
