Now is the time more than ever to spread POSITIVITY and LIGHT!
You are one of two people….someone who is GIVING positivity and light or someone is aiding in negative thoughts and attitudes.
I know things can feel tough…I know sometimes our circumstances give us great excuses to be angry with the world, but the truth is we have a CHOICE!
And no…. I don’t expect you to be 100% positive all the time. I understand that in order to accomplish what we want during this we can’t be in denial to what is happening, HOWEVER.....
Trying to serve others while being GRATEFUL and OPTIMISTIC is only going to BRIGHTEN your life and the lives of others during a time that feels dark.
If you can, STAY AWAY from the people who are filling your mind with negative thoughts and that believe everything is happening TO them instead of FOR them. This kind of behavior will steal your energy and darken your spirit during a time when you need to PROTECT your mental state the most!
This isn’t to minimize what’s happening, and this definitely isn’t to make you feel bad about feeling bad if that’s where your head has been……
My point is to shine a LIGHT on the fact you are GREAT, and you can accomplish, achieve, persevere, and rise to the OCCASION that this moment in your life is bringing you.
I am challenging you today to go one FULL day….. thinking, feeling, embodying, and exuding positivity about yourself and everybody else. I think you will find MASSIVE blessings and gratitude begin to flow through you that you have been missing out on during these last couple of weeks.

Let’s be honest....
There is a lot of negativity in the world right now. The media profits by dividing us. Politicians often get elected by pitting us against one another.
There have been several very sad tragedies taken place already, barely one month into 2020.
Not to mention, so many of us feel invisible or worse....feel alone
The truth is how we handle and treat one another is the very thing that will keep us all moving forward...
Do not underestimate the POWER of a random act of KINDNESS.
Not just to friends...But to people you have never met… People we mistakenly referred to as “strangers”
The truth is .we are all connected ..all related
They are all your BROTHERS and SISTERS. Every one of them.
Small things matter.
A simple smile.
A sincere “How are you?”
My CHALLENGE for you this week is to go out and do something for someone else, whether it be a loved one or a stranger.
Each and every person you talk to, you have an opportunity to give them love in that moment.
Maybe it’s helping someone carry their grocery bags to their car, feeding a homeless person, visit a children’s hospital...Maybe it’s randomly paying for somebody’s cup of coffee… Big or small… Money or no money… It doesn’t matter
You have the power to give a random compliment or do an act of service for someone who may not only need it but will pay it FORWARD.
You're a part of this community because you want to MAX OUT your life.
