I don’t know who needs to know this but I just learned about putting your fruit in mason jars rather than the containers they are stored in at the time of purchasing! It keeps the fruit fresh for a long time. It also helps if you soak them in vinegar and water for 20 seconds then rinse them off and dry them!

I would like to thank the young staff that I had the pleasure of working with. Especially assistant Saige who stuck with me for years as we grew our little school into a success. You are an amazing young lady and I wish you the very best on your career path.
A huge thank you to the talented and entertaining chefs that came through our doors to cook for us. We had so many laughs and (flambé) moments😱. Aaron Fraser, my in-house chef who was always stepping up for dinner classes, charity bbq, food bank meals, events, staff lunches and breakfast. I can’t thank you enough and will miss you terribly
Last but certainly not least, to my customers young and young-at-heart you have made this the best job in the world. You have no idea how much you fill my heart. To the parents that keep telling me how much their children miss me, trust me when I say I miss them 10x more. Never has a job been more like spending time with family.
Thank you Zehrs staff for allowing me to have been a part of your team for 15 years
