We are honoured to have had Member of Parliament, Andy Fillmore visit our office today and announce that we alongside some other amazing Nova Scotia companies received the new funding initiative under the Creative Export Canada - Export Development Stream. Mr. Fillmore also visited with our team here at MDAD. He tried out several of our new VR games in development at Paracosm Studio and our VR products we offer through ArchViz Canada. MDAD - Maritime Digital Art Design to Host Department of Canadian Heritage Announcement on Creative Export Canada - Export Development Stream
Halifax, Nova Scotia - MDAD is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a significant event on Thursday, July 4th, at 11:30 am at our Halifax office. The event will feature Member of Parliament Andy Fillmore, who will announce a new funding initiative under the Creative Export Canada - Export Development Stream and highlight the benefits this funding initiative will bring to Nova Scotia.
MDAD is a cutting-edge studio known for creating world-class Extended Reality (XR) and interactive multimedia software products based in Atlantic Canada. We are honored to host this important announcement. This event underscores the exceptional support our company receives from both federal and provincial governments.

Paracosm Studio, our game division, has launched its Kickstarter campaign for its game POI: VR DANCE. The demo is available to download now to try out on Steam and Viveport. Paracosm Studio developed this game alongside professional Poi performers and instructors to make it as realistic and accurate as possible. We want to make poi accessible to everyone. With the Kickstarter campaign, they hope to raise funds to develop the game further, add comprehensive tutorials with professional poi instructors, and add tracking, more poi features, and environments. POI: VR Dance has something for everyone. It is a great way to relax and unwind after a hard day. It is also great as a workout. It can be used as a trainer or a way to bring fire poi indoors. Limited on space? POI: VR DANCE has a small footprint, allowing you to play in smaller areas.
