We unfortunately have been MIA during this rainy season as our little green truck Jules has been out of commission the last couple months due to engine problems and break issues.

Till further notice ESQ will be closed for the time being which is unfortunate for both you the customers and us.

Another successful garbage run in North Delta!

This one was quite easy. Cover with a tarp(s) and strap it down.

These garbage runs are our most popularly service as we charge less then our competitors.

80$ per load plus your dump fee which varies upon weight. Always remember that the Vancouver landfill charges by weight.

Today we visited one of our long time customers in North delta to do some yard work.

Basic w**d whacking the back fence and lawn mowing the back and front!

Even if the grass is dead we got it mowed and cleaned up from the w**ds and other little growths coming up.

The backyard was beautiful and green still so we just have to make it perfect! Trimmed edges near cement to give it a better look.

We will be going back to this residents home every 2-3 weeks for regular routine maintenance.

North Delta was just full of sunshine today that we just had to get these gutters cleaned out before the day was done!

The before and after pics speak for themselves.

The buildup of debris can cause overflowing water and drain blockage! We got 2 full garbage bags of moss/leaves and a few toys the kids must of chucked up on the roof.

Clean gutters are happy gutters.

Our lovely customer in North Delta needed their deck cleaned. Lots of moss, dirt and grime just caked on after sometime.

We got up there and power washed all the grime and then used pink solution with a hard bristle brush to really get in deep.

This was a fun project!

This load was a heavy one. Wood, metal and lots of scrap materials but with our little truck we hauled it right to the dump!

Good Afternoon!

This was a fun job for the same customer who had a huge Moss and debris problem on their roof. They requested metal mesh to be installed and nailed to block off the gap between roofs so critters couldn’t get in.

Fun, easy and simply job. Metal mesh was easy to measure, cut and place. A few bends to the mesh to create a lip to hook onto metal.

WE HAVE BEEN BUSY!

We got a phone call from one of our most recent customers asking for a few different tasks. Here as shown in these pictures you can see the amount of moss build up on the roof. In some cases you never want to disturb the moss as it may cause damage to the membrane, shingle or any type of roof.

As you can see this was a heavy amount of moss and debris just packing on weight and it was about time it got cleaned up.

It took roughly 4 hours to scoop, sweep and repeat till all the debris and moss was disposed of....Could you guess how many bags we filled? We filled 40 Home Depot bags and had to lower them all by rope...that was a workout.

The before and after pictures are surreal and the customer was truly happy with the end result of this moss removal. Pictures during the job are important for progress results and to share with the customer.

We are also pleased to say we have been asked to handle their lawn care also which includes mowing & w**d wacking, removing old gutters and blocking off holes with metal mesh!!!

This sounds like the start of a few good projects!

This past weekend we traveled to North Delta where our lovely returning customer needed some help with garbage removal! As you can see our truck is packed to the brim!

Metal, wood, cardboard, glass and so much more miscellaneous good being thrown out.

Every single load we drop off at the dump costs pennies compared to our competition.

Good Morning Vancouver!

Just a lovely day working in Vancouver doing some moss removal!

Moss removal is important. Moss may be non threatening to look at but it can pe*****te your roof causing leaks and other issues overtime!

On a beautiful Saturday morning last weekend we made the drive out to Langley to do a repair on a partial EPDM roof. Customer was complaining about water leaking over the roof on the front and backside of the house. (both located at the drains)

As you can see in my pictures the rubber that was installed prior to the metal was not properly Cut and left the roof exposed to water and debris. There was no overhang in these 2 locations. which this being said water was flowing passed the drains through the whole and down into the roofing system also damaging the facia boards on both sides.

We took the time to investigate the issue and came up with a fantastic solution. The water damage had washed away the insulation underneath the EPDM and therefor the area dropped which lead to pooling of water and overflow.

We uploaded some pictures to show you the step by step procedure of this repair!!!!

We truly enjoyed this job and we are looking to reroof the entire thing in the near future!!! Woohoo

Hi all!

A lovely customer in North Delta requested that her backyard deck & steps be power washed with a few loads of garbage to be removed.

Well ESQ stepped up to the challenge and the results speak for themselves.

As you can see our power washer may be compact but it has a big punch. (NO chemicals)
We chose not to use chemicals because of the safety and health of the children and pets on-site (dogs and cats) and in no chance wanted to risk them consuming the contaminated grass/water.

We are family friendly!!!

This was a successful job and only took a couple
Hours with happy faces in the end!

Hey all!

We traveled back to Ladner to review our metal shingle repairs. After a long and mind numbing leak chase we finally found the problem and the cause of the leak.

The Metal shingle laps had popped open and was in the directly inline with the valley water run off. This had been leaking for quite a bit. Once we confirmed the leak, we had informed the owners and continued on with the repairs for the leak.

(later discovered we had 4 more popped laps and patched those also)
