Some great ideas. Also: Add an email app (Outlook is the university's standard) to your phone and hook your University email to that app. Set the notifications high, so you respond. You can also use the same app for appointments -- put your class schedules, due dates and other items into the appointment calendar. Email is how university and the larger world functions; get good, right off the bat, at email.

Please note that our forthcoming planned visit to Jansen mine site has been cancelled at this time. For all other updates and news, please watch your email.
For now, any MentoSTEP internships are still going foward, with a start for May 1st or at the discretion of the MentorSTEP internship partner. Further changes or adjustments will be communicated as needed.
