🌟 Playtime Perfected by Our Mechanical Engineering Magic! 🛠️
We've harnessed our mechanical engineering skills to craft an extraordinary indoor playground experience. From HVAC systems that keep the climate just right to plumbing and fire protection for safety, we've designed it all. Our hearts swell with excitement as we anticipate the radiant smiles on the kids' faces!
We're thrilled to share the successful completion of our latest HVAC design project. We're now taking our design to the next level by coordinating the installation process using cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. 🏗💻 BIM allows us to visualize and optimize the placement of every component, ensuring a seamless integration that maximizes efficiency and minimizes costs. 💪💰
With BIM, we're able to create a virtual representation of the entire HVAC system, making it easier to identify any potential clashes or conflicts before they occur on-site. 📐🔄 This proactive approach saves valuable time and resources, resulting in a smoother installation process and an HVAC system that functions flawlessly.
Our commitment to utilizing the latest technology in HVAC design and installation is driven by our goal to provide the best solutions for our clients. 💯🌟 We believe that combining expertise with innovation leads to exceptional results, and we're excited to bring these benefits to your projects.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to push the boundaries of HVAC design and deliver outstanding results! 💨🌬

With the number of COVID-19 case increasing once again, here some tips for improving indoor air quality:
1. Make sure that filters are well sealed.
2. Clean and replace filters as recommended by the manufacturer and select filters with a high MERV rating to ensure efficiency.
3. Use of High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters can offer additional protection.
4. For commercial spaces consider running your HVAC system for two hours before and after the space is occupied.
5. Whenever possible, open windows and doors to allow for natural ventilation. While this is not ideal during the winter months, doing this for just a few minutes at a time can help.

A well-designed HVAC system would not be effective if the installation is improper. There are a number of factors that can lead to issues with the air circulation in a house including:
-Not installing the HVAC equipment as per manufacturer guidelines
-Not sealing the ductwork
-Not using standard sheet metal and fittings
-Making changes to duct sizes as well as the number and location of registers/grilles without coordinating with the design engineer.
The ductwork for this custom home has been completed as per our drawings.
