How Energy Work Opened New Parts to Myself

My life and my body were not always in alignment. There was a time when I struggled with boundaries, burnout, anxiety and gut issues. Then I found energy work… it helped me pin point where I was being drained and what I was holding so I could let it go and reconnect with my true self.

It opened me up to parts of myself I hadn’t accessed in this life time. My intuition came flooding in, memories of past lives, answers to why I had been holding fear that had no explanation. Things started to make sense and validated what I had been feeling for a long time.

We are more than just a body. We are energy. We are frequency. We are everything, everywhere, all the time.
And we are all connected.

I’ve learned that healing is a journey, not a destination. And I’m here to walk that path with you!

This isn’t my job; it’s my purpose.

I sighed with release when this message came through while journaling the other morning.

The last week was busy, like crazy busy. We just got back from holidays. I had a record amount of clients and was prepping to host our retreat on Sunday. And even though it was a wild week, I was grounded and grateful for every second of it.

In every career, I struggled to balance being busy with my job and not being resentful. I was always working from the wounded masculine. I was an overachiever. I had to be the best. But my time has always been my biggest currency, and though I enjoy making money as much as anyone, I couldn’t shake the feminine urge to spend more time BEING rather than doing.

That resentment and programming carried over when I created this business. I knew deep in my Soul my purpose is to heal, to unveil and to cast light. I wanted to serve but serve myself in a way I didn’t have the privilege of doing while working for someone else. I was wracking my brain, navigating and trying to create that balance.

Slowly, I created balance, and things became different. I follow my body and my heart. I no longer set time restraints. I work efficiently, leaving space for play. I move my body when it asks me to; I rest when my Soul, mind and body need. Everything gets done, and my client sessions are increasingly profound because I am cared for. I can serve more deeply and witness your shifts while I hold space for you.

Where I was once drained, now I am energized. I am opening up to so much more to channel and give.
