When Cooper first died, I was devastated. Mother’s Day was especially hard for me and a complete reminder of his absence.

Every year, this day brings up lots of mixed emotions.

I welcome these feelings now, and I’ve learned to lean into them. I allow them to teach me. I’ve also realized that it’s okay, not to be okay sometimes.

Cooper’s death showed me just how valuable living can be. I now purposely choose to live with a full heart every single day.

These past 9 years have been nothing short of wild, and Nova has always been by my side!

I’d like to think that because I am a medium experiencing loss would be easier, but unfortunately you can’t high vibe your way out of being human! I feel it all too.
