It’s a over here….
1-out with the old….

3-back on the after full tear down , cleaning, and replacing all bushings and o-rings
4-new wheel bearings, spacers, tire and tube….but something is missing…?
5-ah! There we go! A little torquing and we are ready to ride!

A set of Yamaha Canada forks built by AGR Suspension Inc. in for a quick rebuild and new seals…Zack wanted to ride this weekend with his daughter, and we always do our best to get our customers back out asap! Dropped off last night- disassembled, cleaned, inspected…and reassembled with seals and wipers, and Maxima Racing Oils! Thanks for your business Zack!

Another quick turnaround for a customer- ready to go for the weekend! Cleaned, inspected…and rebuilt using seals, and as always (since 2008!) the best oils and grease- Maxima Racing Oils!

Another set of forks with an exploded floating piston! Customer located some aluminum ones, and we were off to the races so to speak! Lol. Full clean, inspection and rebuild- and Shane is ready to ride this weekend!

Uhoh….a little “wound” on Josh Wright’s
lower tube! Quick thread fix to save the lower, replaced upper tube..good to go! New seals and wipers, Pivot Works orings and bushings…and our Smile MX racer is ready to go for the season!

Back at the today- compression test, cleaning out the rads with a pick tool and a lot of patience (they were 1/3 clogged on each side…folks, don’t assume they are clean, be sure and avoid overheating issues!!)..then a good cleaning to the areas most forget! Almost ready to go…then on to the 150! #125

Time to pull the front end apart and regrease! It had definitely been awhile on this one…spent more time cleaning than assembling! Everything went well, fresh grease- every nut and bolt cleaned, blue and torqued…this one is ready to go!

Another happy customer! dropped off Hayden’s swingarm and linkage for a service- now she’s all ready to be reassembled!

Today’s project- Hayden Kuhn’s ( ) 2017 for a full rebuild! Cleaned, serviced, and ready to go for the season- of course, using only the best oils and grease ! Up next, swingarm and linkage bearings.

One of the most overlooked areas when getting suspension serviced- your linkage and swingarm bushings! When these leave the factory, there is the absolute minimum grease (if any at all) in your bushings…if you’ve never done them, they are well overdue and may need replacement! With MX season over, we have been tinkering with sled shocks. Although we have not secured a source for rebuild kits, we can still learn 🤙🏻 (Ryde FX, older Polaris)

No ride today- so decided to go ahead and rebuild a set of forks from Hayden’s . All ready for the upcoming season!

On the bench today, a quick fork rebuild on a 2001 KTM 125sx…then up to the track to work on setup on the #178’s !

Just finished up a set of suspension from a project 1997 CR125 from @bbrown276…one of my very first customers back in the early 2000’s when he was still on a YZ85!
