Brought a new keurig machine for our coffee service that we provide to our clients.

We spent all day yesterday and today setting up our new account. We placed 4 large glass fronts, 5 snack/sandwich machines, 4 large coffee machines. This cool new table top touch screen coffee machine and 2 regular pepsi/coke machines.

What most people don’t realize is all the work that goes into operating a vending machine business. Many probably just think wow what a quick and easy business. Here we are late at night setting up a new account. Behind the scenes no one thinks of all the cleaning, the set up of price tags, the programming of the machine because each coil needs to be programmed to a price point. Machines don’t come already fitted with debit credit readers or bill validators so we have to put that on all the machines. It’s a lot of running around and long hours. Also moving these machines is not an easy task, it’s hard work and requires a lot of time and skill.

Not to mention we still have to pick up all those yummy snacks to fill the machines and it’s not like it’s one stop shop it’s a multi stop shop. Shopping alone takes an entire day for us. We love what we do and we work hard doing it. Just remember when you see that vending machine nice and full it takes a lot of prep time to get to that point.

New client is finally allowed to open after being locked out of his new business for months. Happy to finally be able to fill this machine and start servicing this cool play room.

Just placed this less then 24 hours and the sandwiches are selling out I guess we will be servicing this machine more often then expected 🙂 photo sent by happy clients
