A foyer with an ocean view as you walk in, is one of the best features a home can offer, in my opinion.

With ocean front, night sky views and patio furniture this picture makes me want to jump into it and enjoy the moment. There are even birds in the picture. What a moment.

As you can imagine, having an indoor pool is amazing, but behind every great pool is an experienced and knowledgeable team from start to finish that is invaluable to its look, finish, durability and maintenance. constructed the pool and with partners like and , we brought the project to a finish. This home as you can see has “out-sulation” insulation that is placed on the out side of the framing to achieve a higher level of energy efficiency and is now ready for stucco. It's not common for residential buildings yet, but Amity Construction is always adapting for the future.

You might be wondering, what makes this home traditional? Well, traditional houses often incorporate historic architectural ​​styles from the 17th and 18th centuries. Such traditional homes blend modern and classic elements − simple rooflines, symmetrical windows, and other modest touches.

Fun fact, in 1919, Palmer-Jones introduced a device which he called the “Universal Coupler”. This coupling device could be used on hundreds of different scaffold pieces to allow for the interchangeability of various different parts. This meant that it was much easier to construct suitable scaffolding for a project using standard scaffold parts.

Yes, that is a concrete pour inside a house. This is considered one of the nicest ways to heat a home “Hydronic Heat” incased in concrete. The finished floor will then go on top or just polish the concrete for a really beautiful modern touch.

A walk-in shower, tub, and steam room all in one.

A great way to add depth and texture to a space is to add molding to a feature wall. It really helps to elevate the space.
