I had an interview with the Cape Breton Post the other day and here's the interview!

None of this would have been possible without any of you, so thank you

Good afternoon everyone!

The last few weeks have been the craziest! But I’m back and better!

I have a few bags done up and I’m more then happy to say that I can give a few away to whoever would like one!

Here is a picture of all the items included in the bags!

Hello Everyone!
Welcome to Your Anxiety Journey.

My name is Felicity (I prefer to be called Fel) and I am the Creator of Your Anxiety Journey!

This project was created through The Northside Rising Changemakers Program! Everything I have done is all because of everyone there and I cannot thank them enough!

The purpose of this project is to allow anyone and everyone that is suffering, knows someone who is suffering or would just over all like more information about mental health.
Unfortunately, mental health is not talked about as much as it should be and we defiantly didn't learn enough about it in the public education system.
I've suffered from mental health for as long as I can remember, and it wasn't until recent years that I could fully understand what it was!

A part of this project is what I've been calling "Anxiety Bags" in them is like a care package of items. Unfortunately I only have a limited quantity, but who knows what the future holds!

I also have a list of resources relating to mental health, as well as a bunch of others! (Where to get food, clothes, addiction help, emergency numbers, etc.) So please feel free to message the page or email me if you need anything!

Invite anyone and everyone to this page to help more people know that mental illness effects anyone at any age and we shouldn't be afraid to talk about it!
