Perfect dinner on a cold night.
Soup and biscuits. To make the biscuits I used the Pastry Mat, Marble Rolling Pin, one of the Biscuit Cutters and the Pastry Blender. I rolled mine too thin tonight- but they will still taste good!!

Soup is Johnny’s Potato and Cheddar mix from Costco with added potatoes, cheese and bacon.

Cloud Biscuits

2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1 beaten egg
2/3 cup milk

Mix the dry ingredients together, add shortening and cut in with pastry blender, add milk and egg, mix in. Use hands to form a ball. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness, cut to desired size and bake in a 350° oven for 11-14 minutes.

Started by using the Dutch Oven on the stovetop to seer my roast, transferred the Dutch oven onto the slow cooker stand (on low) for 5 hours, then made my gravy on the stovetop all in the same pot!!

I think I love this as much as my Air Fryer!!

Our version of Taco Tuesday is slow cooker chicken and salsa- cooked in my Rockcrok Dutch oven on the slow cooker stand.

I have to say it’s hard for me to pick just one favourite! My Air Fryer for sure, but I also love 💕 the simple things- like the spatulas! I have probably way too many (can you ever really have “too many” when it comes to kitchen gadgets?) in every colour and size Pampered Chef has ever come out with and I use them everyday!
