A dog had been chewing on it for years! Instead of throwing this seat in the trash, we found a great local reupholster to bring it back to life. Sometimes we have to get creative. 💆♂️Our tenants needed more space as their family grew by an extra person. This unfinished basement area was orginally being used as a laundry space. With some creative maneuvering we slid the washing mashing to the other side of the wall, installed some temporary flooring, added a door, some paint, some flashy trim, and VOILA! A new sleeping area emerged.
This is a demo house we rented for 10 months. We take these small tasks on ourselves. It doesn’t cost the owner a penny and they love us for it!

BC Speculation and vacancy tax declaration is due March 31, 2021.
You can declare as soon as you receive your declaration letter. It includes your Letter ID and Declaration Code, which can be found at the top right corner of your letter.
If you have declared before, you have to declare again this year, even if there is no change to your information.
It only takes a few minutes to declare online. It’s faster than calling and your information will be safe and secure.
This basement “bedroom” had definitely seen better days. It was cold, damp, and appeared to have some water damage against the wall. Once we became the 1 year tenant to this demo house we went straight to work on making it liveable and safe.
