How to take a detox bath:
* Take activated charcoal or a binder beforehand. My acupuncturist has me on a specific GI Detox binder.
* Take a super hot bath. Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salt. 1/2 cup baking soda. Add a few drops of lavender and hyssop essential oil or soak some actual lavender and hyssop in your bath water.
* Stay hydrated.
* You can also support your lymphatic system by drinking The Purifier tea and doing lymph massage. This is particularly important if you get really red/flushed and have a hard time sweating when you workout.
The Purifier tea has cleavers, horsetail, dandelion to help support your kidneys, liver, and lymphatic system.

Children was the card that demanded to be seen. This beautiful card is about knowing your children are protected.
All parents first and foremost responsibility is to keep their children safe from harm. The angels want to reassure you that all is well. Your children in heaven and on earth are loved and protected by God and the Angels. Your children function at their best when they are loved, cherished and feel secure within their home and family environment.
