Always enjoy transforming someone’s living space to make it more enjoyable and practical for them!

Another reno done! We converted two separate rooms at the Villa into one, with a custom walk-in tiled shower!

Enjoyed time spent with our seniors!

Another custom project complete!

We love fitting these types of projects in between the renovations and other large scale projects!

We had a special request for custom work.

We fabricated this ring out of copper and Peruvian walnut.

Labour intensive, but very rewarding. We will see if it stands the test of time! 👌🏼

This reno was an open basement area transformed into a His/Her office!

We also included a custom made/designed storage unit under the stairs to make the most of the space that was available!

Spring is upon us, and Handshakes to Homes has been doing its fair share of renovations!

Holiday season is upon us, and we have been
getting requests for woodworking projects. Please let us know if you have any in mind that you would like done up for gifts!

We have been busy with a lot of insurance work in the Macklin area over summer (big thank you for calling on us for your repairs!)

However, we did manage to fit in a basement reno in the midst of it all, and we are thrilled with how it turned out!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!

Ours consisted of completing this project for a client wanting to open up space between the kitchen and living room, without removing the wall. We ended up doing a pass through opening with custom oak trim, and added pot lights to brighten up the space even more!

Spring is in the air! We are finishing up some inside projects before the outside ones begin.

This closet was a branch off the kitchen, and these clients were looking to add extra counter space, as well as usable storage. We ended up turning it into this custom pantry design!

Tanyr was able to build the cabinets in his shop, and then installed them on site.

We love doing custom work, so this project was right up our ally!

The client wanted a custom fireplace wall, and flooring replaced throughout. We also added pot lights to the main beam for ultimate ambiance, creating the perfect feature wall!

Winter is here and Christmas is not far away! 🎄

Our wood shop is busy at this time of year and Christmas gift requests have been starting! Let us know if you want something made for holiday season!

This bathtub reno was done at the end of September, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

We were happy to team up with Rod's Heating and Cooling Ltd- they are a joy to work with!

This was an exciting project to take on!

The table top is specialized wood classified as “Purple Heart”, with several coats of liquid glass to seal everything. The customer wanted a “modern touch”, so we asked Greg Brost to fabricate the base portion for us. (We highly recommend Greg Brost for all of your welding needs! He is a local business provider!)

We added a lift-top mechanism, which allows the customer to use this for meals or to do paper/computer work while sitting on the couch. There is also storage for remotes to keep everything tidy and out of view.
