I was able to view the actual treaty! That's pretty amazing. Special care was taken to ensure and maintain its integrity - just like being at a museum ❤️

As I was washing 🛁 my feet, from the weekend with our Foot Care Hand & Foot Peeling Sea Salt, it got me thinking about all the benefits of our feet being free of shoes 🥾and🧦 socks.

🌳Grounding, sometimes also called 'Earthing', 🌎 is simply being or walking barefoot on the ground. The surface must be natural, e.g., soil or grass in the forest, rather than a pavement or man made walkway.

🌳The research suggests that the 🌎 earth gives off a subtle negative electron charge, which neutralises the positive charge that we build up throughout our day & which can be detrimental to our health.
