Hi there! My name is Phil Hughes and I am the founder and owner of Phil Hughes Developments. PHD specializes in foundations and framing on the beautiful Prince Edward Island.

I have been building houses for as long as I can remember. Starting with hanging out on job sites with my father and uncles growing up—to becoming a Red Seal Carpenter—to owning my own business since 2010.

I live in Nine Mile Creek with my wife Samantha, our three kids—Quinn, Audrey and Stephen and our dog, Archer.
