Inventory is continuing to pile up, but buyer hesitation is keeping prices from dropping. The condo market is officially balanced, but many sellers as of yet have refused to reduce their asking price in any significant way.

We will likely see an overall correction in the condo market moving forward, while a general lack of supply is likely to prop up freehold properties.

These are the three most common reasons people have when considering if they should enter the GTA market.

✔️ Scary. It certainly is…but anything that is truly worthwhile will be…the purchase of a lifetime is no exception. We can help guide you through those nerves to make an informed and confident decision.

🔑 A Mississauga sale has been the talk of the town with 85 offers!!!

Does this mean the market is in full rebound?? Not exactly. While there is certainly increased buyer activity, strategic pricing helped secure a sale of $999,999…35% above list price.

Regardless, buyer sentiment has been improving as the prospect of more rate hikes has dwindled. We’ll see how things go when the first cuts arrive.
