Have you ever gone through a period of "Who the hell am I, really?" Well let me tell you, I go through it. Sometimes more often than I would like. But something always happens that triggers my memory. Who I really am is never lost, not really. Sometimes hidden, sure, occasionally forgotten, but never ever lost. In those moments where I remember all over again, I find myself standing taller, breathing deeper, and feeling more like my birth card (Tarot) than ever. This is me today. I'm working on making it me every day.

New project coming! I've scoured the internet looking for an online temple space for Sekhmet and after several months, I've come to the conclusion that there isn't one. Since it's not a thing, I'm making it happen! I am a devotee of Sekhmet, child of the Lion Mother, and this is the biggest devotional act I've done for Her! I admit, it's a bit intimidating doing this, and I keep running up against imposter syndrome (you aren't qualified for this. Let someone else do it. Who died and made you Her Priestx? You know, that kind of stuff) But here we are. The website itself exists, and the beginnings of the content is coming together nicely. So this online temple for Sekhmet will be available soon! The temple will have its own Insta too, so I'll link that once it's ready.

Hello all!!! I have, unfortunately, needed to be away for a bit, due to surgery. I'm back now, and while I am still not at top form, I am definitely able to share some information with y'all!

There are so many things that you can do to balance your chakras, without needing help. Did you know that what you eat can do that? Balance chakras as a whole, or just one at a time? I had no idea until I started my Reiki practice. A lot of information was dumped on us and I had a hard time absorbing it all, to be honest. I went over the lesson over and over, just trying to keep the lesson from falling to the depths of my mind, to never be seen again. Finally, after months, I was able to move forward and had some understanding of what chakras ate and what they do (energy centres that move you energy around your body, according to where that energy is needed most). The graphic below I found on Pinterest. Have a look! Are you eating foods that help keep your chakras balances and spinning nicely?
