(Sort of) unique to Bailey Co. Bags, the Slide-Rack is a system of two brackets that mount on your pannier rack. They match the loops on the Richmond bag, allowing your bag to slide easily off your bike without any hardware on your bag. The Slide-Rack is inspired by mid-century European pannier racks that used to have a small hook built-in for briefcases and other bags.
