Just a reminder that Carissa Knockleby will be doing Bashaw appointments next week Friday-Monday and collecting items for donation for the unhoused people in Edmonton and every donation gets your name entered for a FREE MASSAGE. Please help us help the less fortunate.

❄️With the weather chilling off, I think about those out there that do not have the means to live in a place with heat, warm clothes or even daily intake of food. So, on December 24th🎄, I have committed to help hand out food and warm winter wear.
I am requesting helpful donations of gently used or new; blankets, toques, mitts🧤, socks 🧦 and the like.
No scarfs🧣please.
All clients, who donate between now and December 14th, will be put into a draw.
