Hey family and friends! I just wanted to let you know that I will no longer be working as a travel agent.

With time committments and my full-time job I felt that I wouldn’t be able to provide my clients with the best possible service, as well as my full attention.

Thank you to all who have supported me on this amazing journey, it was a hard decision, but the right one.

You can still follow along on my adventures on my regular social media pages.

I will keep this post up until the end of the day today and then my business pages will be gone!

❓Did you know your Metis card enables you free entry to National Parks across Canada, as well as historic sites?

🇨🇦While I was in the Maritimes, we went to several historic sites and national parks.

✔️Some even give this benefit to your spouse!

💲These are fantastic savings if you’re travelling and plan to do a lot of sightseeing!

Photos from Jennifer Pippin- TPI Travel's post 15/06/2022

😮Wow, so many pictures and wonderful memories of my recent two week trip to the maritimes! It was hard to choose which pictures highlighted/captured the true beauty of the east coast!

⛵️I used to be a bit biased and say I loved the west coast (BC) so much when I had never visited the east coast as far as Quebec. But the fact is all of Canada is equally beautiful and each province offers something unique.

⬇️Here are some pros and cons of the maritimes:

👍🏻Pros
✔️Friendly locals/people in general
✔️Lots of history
✔️Small town/rustic charm
✔️If you’re a seafood lover (I am not), they have some of the freshest/best seafood available!
✔️Driving around is fairly easy and most places are close
✔️You’re supporting our country🇨🇦
✔️ Breathtaking coastal views
✔️A lot of places accommodate to special dietary needs
✔️The B&B’s are amazing!

❌Cons
🤷🏻‍♀️The time difference- they are 3 hours ahead of SK time, which may mess with you for a day or two but that’s it!

🇨🇦My opinion is that it is definitely a must see!

❓Questions? Message me for more information, I can help you plan a fantastic itinerary!

💯I can recommend some amazing accommodations, places to eat and sights to see!

🇮🇪A few more pics of Ireland💚

☘️I have hundreds but chose ones that showcase it’s beauty, greenery and history

🍀If you haven’t visited Ireland, put it on your bucket list!

🍀

Photos from Jennifer Pippin- TPI Travel's post 03/04/2022

🇮🇪I saved the best for last….

☘️Ireland- my fave destination to visit in Europe!💚

🇮🇪I spent the first 2 weeks of my 1 month solo trip to Europe here💚

🍀Pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person to take in all of the beauty💚

☘️This will be 2 posts as instagram doesn’t allow more than 10 pics

🇮🇪I was fortunate to see:

☘️The Blarney Castle/stone
🇮🇪Beneath the tower house that we know as Blarney Castle, you will find a labyrinth of underground passages and chambers, dating from different periods in the Castle history. Now mostly inaccessible, many are beyond the most intrepid explorer.

🇮🇪 Kissing Ireland's Blarney Stone, a tradition that's been around for several centuries, is said to give a person the gift of eloquence and persuasiveness. The iconic stone is set in a wall of Blarney Castle, constructed in 1446 by Dermot McCarthy, king of Munster, on the site of a demolished 13th century castle.

☘️Ring of Kerry
🇮🇪 The Ring of Kerry is a scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula in southwest Ireland’s County Kerry. Its 179km-long, circular route takes in rugged and verdant coastal landscapes and rural seaside villages. Skellig Michael, a rocky island with an abandoned 7th-century Christian monastery, is a major destination point, with several boats from Portmagee making the 12km crossing during the warmer months.

🍀Cliffs of Moher
🇮🇪 You will be fascinated to learn that the rocks that make up the Cliffs of Moher were formed over 300 million years ago during the Carboniferous Period.

☘️Belfast
🇮🇪 Belfast is Northern Ireland’s capital. It was the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, which famously struck an iceberg and sunk in 1912.

🇨🇭Switzerland!

❓Did you know

🇨🇭 The Swiss flag is one of only two square sovereign-state flags, the other being the flag of Vatican City. The emblem of the Red Cross is the Swiss flag with switched colours.

🇨🇭This was another stop on my Europe month long trip

🇨🇭Lots of cool buildings, the highlight was going to the swiss chocolate stores😁

🇨🇭I was told you can’t actually tour the chocolate factory due to sanitary reasons

🇨🇭

🇬🇧Highlighting London!

🇬🇧This was part of my 1 month solo trip to Europe

🇬🇧Buckingham palace- pretty cool, changing of the guards was the busiest time

🇬🇧Westminster Abbey- In addition to serving as a site for royal coronations and burials, Westminster Abbey has famously been the location for 17 royal weddings—including the 2011 marriage of Prince William to Catherine Middleton.

🇬🇧We weren’t able to go inside, but it was still cool to see!

🇬🇧The London Eye, or the Millennium Wheel, is a cantilevered observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. It is Europe's tallest cantilevered observation wheel, and is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom with over 3 million visitors annually.

🇬🇧London bridge- for over 600 years this bridge was the key crossing point of the Thames in London, ferrying people, goods and livestock across the river. With its shops, houses, churches and gatehouse, it was an iconic feature of the City of London.

🇬🇧 The London Bridge that still stands today dates from 1973. So, despite the fact London Bridge has existed here the longest, the actual bridge standing today is one of the more modern bridges over the Thames in London. Tower Bridge – Tower Bridge was opened in 1894 making this a purely Victorian bridge.

🇬🇧I thought this was a cool place to visit, also I was there a few days before the Summer 2012 Olympics started

❓Is this place on your bucket list?

🇬🇷Greece- what a beautiful country!

🇬🇷Acropolis
🔹The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient citadel located on a rocky outcrop above the city of Athens.

🔹 The Parthenon is a former temple on the Athenian Acropolis, Greece, dedicated to the goddess Athena, whom the people of Athens considered their patroness. Construction started in 447 BC when the Delian League was at the peak of its power.

🇬🇷Olympic stadium
🔹 Visit the Panathenaic Stadium in Athens That Hosted the First Modern Olympics. More than 50,000 people filled the marble stands of the Panathenaic Stadium for the first modern Olympics in 1896.

🇬🇷I visited in July 2012 on my solo 1 month trip to Europe.

🇬🇷It was very hot +45- +50 for the whole week I was there

🇬🇷I enjoyed my time and the food in Greece. I would love to go back one day, but rather than spend a week in Athens spend time in the greek islands- Mykonos and Santorini

Highlighting Seattle, such a beautiful, cool city, we travelled here in 2010.

🔸Seattle space needle- The Space Needle is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the world and is a treasured Seattle icon.

🔸 The tower’s 520’ saucer-shaped “top house” offers visitors Seattle’s only 360-degree indoor and outdoor panoramic views of downtown, Mount Rainier, Puget Sound, and the Cascades and Olympic mountain ranges.

🔹Music legends started here…

▪️Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, The Sonics, Band of Horses and more..

🔹Kurt Cobain-- the picture is outside his former house and the bench in front of it that is signed by fans from all over the world!

🔹Jimi Hendrix

🔹 The music of rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix moved a generation, and pilgrims have trekked to the Seattle area to pay their respects for decades. Hendrix, the most famous resident of Greenwood Memorial Park and Cemetery in Renton, WA

🔸Seattle Safeco field- now named t-mobile park, was a great experience for us to see a live game in this ball field

🔸 T-Mobile Park has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as a terrific setting for baseball and a great place for baseball fans. Sweeping views of Seattle's downtown skyline, breathtaking sunsets over Puget Sound, combined with excellent views of game action from all angles give fans at T-Mobile Park an experience unequalled in Major League Baseball

🎇DISNEYWORLD

❓Have you been here? It truly is a magical place to visit for not only kids but adults also.

🏃🏻‍♀️I visited in 2012 to run the Disney princess 1/2 marathon🎡

🎉It was by far one of my fave runs, fireworks, disney characters along the way, entertainment, so much fun.
💕The best part was running through the castle.

🎡I have been to Disneyworld and Disneyland, I prefer Disneyworld.

🎡Walt Disney World Resort encompasses 30,500 acres, making it approximately the same size as San Francisco.

🎢 When Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park first opened its doors on October 1, 1971, adult admission cost $3.50.

🎡 The opening day crowd at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park was approximately 10,000 guests.

🎠 The estimated annual attendance at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park is 17.5 million, followed by Epcot with 11 million, Disney’s Hollywood Studios with 9.9 million and Disney’s Animal Kingdom with 9.9 million.

🎡 Cinderella Castle, the centerpiece of Disney’s Magic Kingdom, features 18 towers and 13 gargoyles.

🎩Vegas!!

🎰The Neon Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, features signs from old casinos and other businesses displayed outdoors on 2.62 acres.

🎰The museum features a restored lobby shell from the defunct La Co**ha Motel as its visitors' center, which officially opened on October 27, 2012.

🎰 The Museum's fee is $1,500 for this unique Las Vegas venue. To make your Vegas wedding simple, we offer a package that includes photography, an officiant & the Museum venue rental all-in-one.

🎰 Right before it joined the Neon Museum, the Lady Luck sign was featured in the movie Vegas Vacation when Cousin Vicki danced on it at a party in the YESCO boneyard.

❓Have you been here? I definitely recommend checking it out by taking a night tour.

The Grand Canyon- Arizona

😯Grand Canyon National Park is bigger than the entire state of Rhode Island.
🔹The Park comes in at a massive 1,904 square miles, while Rhode Island is around 1,212 square miles.

😯Temperatures vary greatly within the canyon.
🔹From the rim of the canyon to its lowest point, the temperature can change by more than 25 degrees. The depths of the gorge are notoriously hot during the summer, while the North Rim is often below freezing in winter.

😯 The canyon is full of hidden caves.
🔹There are an estimated 1,000 caves within the canyon, but only 335 have been recorded. Only one cave is open to the public.

😯 Despite being the most famous, the Grand Canyon is not actually the world’s deepest canyon.
🔹Depending on how the depth of the gorge is measured, the Arizona landmark actually comes behind the Cotahuasi Canyon in Peru and the Kali Gandaki Gorge in Nepal.

😯 The drive from the North Rim Visitor Center to the South Rim Visitor Center is about 200 miles (320km) and takes roughly four hours.

😯 No one is completely sure about the age of the Grand Canyon.
🔹It was long believed that the Colorado River started carving out the canyon six million years ago, but recent studies have shown this process may have actually started 70 million years ago.

😯 The canyon is full of fossils.
🔹Though none of them are from dinosaurs, since the canyon layers were formed long before dinosaurs walked the earth. It is, however, home to fossils of ancient marine animals that date back 1.2 billion years

😯 The canyon is home to pink snakes.
🔹The Grand Canyon Pink Rattlesnake is only found in the Grand Canyon, and is one of six rattlesnake species that live within park boundaries. The snake’s pink color means it blends into the rocks around it, making it extra surprising when a tourist catches a glimpse of one.

❓Have you taken a trip here? Pictures don’t do it justice, you need to see it in person.

It truly is a wonder!

Golden, Colorado

🍺 The largest single brewery in the world, Coors Brewing Company, is located in downtown Golden.

🍺Tours and tastings are offered year-round and are open to guests of all ages as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Explore a live working factory where every phase of the beer-making process is observed.

🍺There are two types of tours: self-guided and the “short-tour”. The traditional 30-minute self-guided tour with stations and headsets.

🍻You get to enjoy a complimentary sample and three 10 oz beers afterward. During slower months, a live tour is given and they run for about 30 minutes.

🚗The drive is quick and scenic from Denver!

✔️Check this place out if you plan to visit Denver one day!

Haleakala- Maui, Hawaii

🌋Haleakala has one of the world's largest dormant volcanic craters, which was formed mainly by erosion and measures about 20 miles (30 km) in circumference.

🌋 Haleakala means "house of the sun" in Hawaiian, and legend goes that the demigod Maui lassoed the sun from its journey across the sky as he stood on the volcano's summit, slowing its descent to make the day last longer.

🌋 Haleakalā volcano's summit is a large erosional valley that formed after the rimrock lava flows were erupted around the top of the volcano about 145,000 years ago.

🌋 The highest elevation found in Haleakala is 10,023 feet at Haleakala Summit

🌋Have you visited the crater? I have now seen it a couple of times.

🌋Dress warm when you get there, due to the elevation, the temperature changes from +29 to +2 at the top!!

Chichen Itza Mexico

🔶This famous Mayan site may not be entirely Mayan.

🔶Chichen Itza gets its name from a cenote nearby.

🔶The main pyramid nests multiple smaller pyramids inside it.

🔶 The temple has 365 steps—one for each day of the year.

🔶Monuments of Chichen Itza were astronomically aligned.

🔶The Serpent God, Kukulkan descends on the pyramid twice every year.

Have you visited? It really is quite amazing!
