On a recent trip to visit my daughter and her family in Ontario, we spent some time learning how to make fringe earrings. I found it very calming and the busyness of it helped to keep the pain of my Fibro at bay. It was also a great way for us to learn/work together on something fun. The creativity of deciding on colours, shapes and sizes helps keep my brain continually thinking of where to go next.
